The company showed off the prototypes of Samsung’s upcoming foldable, rollable, and slidable displays, currently going through a working procedure that is featured on several mobiles and mobile-cum-tablet devices. Besides the standard OLED foldable displays, Samsung Display has revealed its new Slidable Flex display. It’s a slidable display publicized on the concept of TCL phones and Xiaomi’s patents. But the unique fact is that you can slide out the Samsung’s version in both vertical orientation and landscape depending upon your use.
In terms of providing the users with either a taller or a wider screen, the Slidable Flex display would feature devices like Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold in the future.
